**1. Monthly Discount Services** 1.1 Green Dog Pest Service, Inc. agrees to provide the client listed within this form, with quarterly K9-Assisted bed bug pest inspection services, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, at a discounted rate of 15% off the standard rate. **2. Eligibility for Quarterly Discount** 2.1 To be eligible for the monthly discount, the Client must commit to having a minimum number of units or square footage area inspected by the Service Provider during each monthly service period. 2.2 The minimum number of units or area to be inspected shall be agreed upon in writing and shall be subject to adjustment as needed by both parties. 2.3 The Client shall be billed at the agreed-upon discounted rate for the minimum number of units or area inspected 12 times a year. **3. Additional Units or Area** 3.1 I Any additional bookings for the Client will not be included in the discounted quarterly rate and will be billed at the standard rate. **4. Fulfillment of Contract** 4.1 The Client agrees to fulfill the terms of this contract by maintaining the minimum number of units or area inspected as agreed upon in Section 2. 4.2 In the event the Client fails to fulfill the contract by not meeting the minimum inspection requirements, the Service Provider shall invoice the Client for the difference between the standard rate and the discounted rate for the services provided during the applicable quarter. **5. Scope of Discount** 5.1 The discounted rate, as mentioned in Section 1, is applicable solely to the scheduled quarterly pest control services as described herein and shall not apply to any other inspections or services provided by the Service Provider. **6. Term of Agreement** 6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. 6.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
