Before Your Inspection

  • Submit the online Inspection Request Form.

  • We'll contact you within one business day to schedule your inspection.

  • Pricing is confirmed before your appointment is booked.

  • Most arrival windows are three hours or less. ETA calls are available upon request.

  • Payment is due before or on the day of your inspection.

  • Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice

During Your Inspection

  • We'll review your concerns and explain the inspection process.

  • Our detection dogs perform passive alerts—no barking, scratching, or property damage.

  • Every canine alert is independently verified by the handler.

  • Findings are reviewed with you before we leave.

  • Your written inspection report is emailed within one business day.
