Proper preparation helps ensure the most accurate inspection possible.
If you need to make changes or cancel your request, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please make sure property managers are providing tenants with a pre-sheet with the notice to enter. Please make sure tenants are confirmed for their appointment 2-days prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 24-hours before the scheduled arrival window will result in a minimum charge of $250 or up to 20% of the scheduled inspection cost. If a purchase order is required by your company, please ensure that has been received by Green Dog 24-hours before the scheduled appointment. Before We Arrive
Remove all pets from the inspection area. Pet bedding may remain.
Remove food items and dispose of any trash in the inspection areas.
Put away any fragile or breakable items that could be accidentally bumped during the inspection, especially near beds and seating areas.
Remove all pest control products, including glue boards, sticky traps, and rodent traps.
Secure medications and any items that could be harmful to our detection dogs.
During the inspection, we ask that you remain outside the search area to minimize distractions for the K9 team.
Areas We Cannot Inspect
For the safety of our handlers and detection dogs, we cannot inspect areas that:
Contain excessive clutter, debris, or trash.
Have powders on the floor, including Diatomaceous Earth, boric acid, carpet freshener, baking soda, or similar products.
Present safety hazards such as exposed carpet tack strips, needles, unstable furniture, or other dangerous conditions.
